1.  Registration fees once paid are non-refundable.
2.  Registration that is made in your name is non-transferable.
4.  Main conference charges are different from any other programs offered.
5.  Pre-conference workshop fees, LLL workshop fees are to be paid separately. They are not included in the conference registration.
6.  The total registration amount DOES NOT include travel and accommodation on conference dates.
7.  Gala Dinner Charges Will Be Included.

8.  We have not approved any third party or individuals for receiving payments for registrations. Any payments made to unauthorised agents will not be considered.

9.  LLL workshop registration and fees payment must be done separately.
10.  Proceedings of the Conference will be published on various Social Media.
